देहरादून। मुख्यमंत्री तीरथ सिंह रावत ने सीएम राहत कोष से आशा कार्यकत्रियों को एक-एक हजार रुपए की प्रोत्साहन राशि उपलब्ध कराने के निर्देश दिए हैं। इसके साथ ही शादियों में अधिकतम संख्या 25 की जाए। ग्रामीण बाजारों में भी बाजार खुलने के समय को जिलाधिकारी अपने अनुसार घटा सकते हैं। सचिवालय में आयोजित वीडियो कॉन्फ्रेंसिंग द्वारा शासन के वरिष्ठ अधिकारियों और जिलाधिकारियों के साथ कोविड की स्थिति की समीक्षा करते हुए मुख्यमंत्री ने डोर टू डोर सर्वे के निर्देश दिये, इसके साथ ही 104 के अतिरिक्त सीएम हेल्पलाइन और पुलिस विभाग के कॉल कॉल सेंटर में फोन लाइनों की संख्या बढाई जाए। मुख्यमंत्री ने निर्देश दिए कि कॉल सेंटर और हेल्पलाइन पूरी तरह से सक्रिय रहें और बेड, इंजेक्शन सम्बंधी जानकारी भी अपडेट रहे। आक्सीजन के सिलेंडरों की संख्या बढ़ाने के लिये हर सम्भव कोशिश की जाए। इसमें विभिन्न संगठनों, उद्योगों की सहायता भी ली जा सकती है। कोविड अस्पतालों में भर्ती मरीजों को भोजन, पानी जैसी सुविधाएं उपलब्ध कराने में कोई ढिलाई न हो। इसके साथ ही छोटे-छोटे स्थानों में सेनेटाइजेशन का काम किया जाए जहां संक्रमण की अधिक सम्भावनाएं हैं ।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि ऑक्सीजन प्लांटों में बिजली की निर्बाध आपूर्ति हो। सभी कोविड केयर सेंटर व अस्पतालों में फायर सेफ्टी सुनिश्चित की जाए। कोविड टेस्ट की रिपोर्ट में समय न लगे। टेस्ट होते ही तुरंत सभी को कोविड किट दिया जाए। शासन से जो भी निर्देश दिये जाते हैं, उनका प्रभावी क्रियान्वयन हो। टेस्ट सेंटरों और वैक्सीनेशन सेंटरों में कोविड प्रोटोकॉल का ध्यान रखा जाए। ई-संजीवनी पोर्टल को और प्रभावी बनाते हुए प्रचारित किया जाए ताकि जन सामान्य उसका अधिक लाभ उठा सके। होम आइसोलेशन में रहने वालों को मालूम होना चाहिए कि उन्हें किन बातों का ध्यान रखना है। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि बाहर से आने वालों का रजिस्ट्रेशन अनिवार्य है। इसका पालन कडाई से हो। सरकारी व निजी अस्पतालों में कोविड मरीजों की व्यवस्था को लगातार क्रास चेक करवाया जाए। संबंधित मरीजों और उनके परिजनों से इसका फीड बैक लिया जाए।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि कोविड मरीजों हेतु एम्बुलेंस की दरें निर्धारित की जाए ताकी ओवररेटिंग जैसी शिकायत ना हो । दवाओं के कालाबाजारी को रोकने के लिए 147 एसटीएफ टीमें बनाई गई हैं। अभिसूचना तंत्र को मजबूत किया जाए। सरकारी अस्पतालों के साथ ही प्राइवेट अस्पतालों में भी ऑक्सीजन बेड की उपलब्धता की व्यवस्था को पारदर्शी बनाया जाए। बॉर्डर में रजिस्ट्रेशन क्यूआर कोड रीडर के जरिए चेकिंग की जाए। कोविड कर्फ्यू में निर्माण कार्यों को छूट है इसलिए निर्माण से संबंधित सीमेंट, सरिया की दुकानों को बंद न करायें। बैठक में जानकारी दी गई कि बॉर्डर पर अधिकतर लोगों की कोविड नेगेटिव रिपोर्ट प्राप्त हो रही है जिनकी रिपोर्ट नहीं है उनकी भी सैंपलिंग की जा रही है। बैठक में अपर मुख्य सचिव राधा रतूड़ी, अपर मुख्य सचिव मनीषा पंवार, डीजीपी अशोक कुमार, सचिव अमित नेगी, शैलेश बगोली, डॉ पंकज कुमार पाण्डेय, सूचना महानिदेशक रणबीर सिंह चैहान सहित वरिष्ठ अधिकारी व जिलाधिकारी उपस्थित थे।
