देहरादून: ओलंपस हाई ने स्कूल परिसर में 72वां गणतंत्र दिवस बड़े जोश और उत्साह से मनाया। कोविड-19 की दिशानिर्देश को ध्यान में रखते हुए, समारोह में कक्षा दसवीं और बारहवीं के छात्र, शिक्षकों और स्कूल स्टाफ ने उत्साहपूर्वक प्रतिभाग किया।
कार्यक्रम की शुरुवात स्कूल के प्रबंधन निदेशक कुनाल शमशेर मल्ला द्वारा ध्वजरोपण के साथ हुई, जिसके बाद सभी उपस्थित लोगों द्वारा राष्ट्रीय गीत गाया गया। स्कूल के हेड बॉय राज्यवर्धन एस. भंडारी और हेड गर्ल मानवी शर्मा ने एकता और भाईचारे की भावना को महिमामंडित करने पर भाषण दिया।
कुनाल शमशेर मल्ला और प्रिंसिपल अनुराधा मल्ला ने कार्यक्रम में उपस्थित सभी को संबोधित किया। उन्होंने आज के दिन के महत्व पर प्रकाश डाला और बच्चों को जागरूक किया कि उनके देश का भविष्य उनके हाथों में है। उन्होंने कहा, “बच्चों को राष्ट्र के लिए अपने जीवन को योग्य बनाने के लिए हर अवसर का सही उपयोग करने की आवश्यकता है। उन्हें अब अच्छी तरह से अध्ययन करने और जीवन में अच्छे मूल्यों को विकसित करने की आवश्यकता है, जो उन्हें देश के अच्छे नागरिक बनने में मदद करेंगे। ”
प्री-प्राइमरी, प्राइमरी और मिडिल स्कूल के छात्रों द्वारा अपने-अपने घरों से कई गतिविधियाँ भी ऑनलाइन प्रस्तुत की गईं। प्री-प्राइमरी छात्र विभिन्न राष्ट्रीय प्रतीकों के रूप में तैयार हुए और उन्होंने तिरंगे वाले अग्निहीन भोजन भी बनाए। प्राथमिक छात्रों ने भारत के किसानों को गौरवान्वित करते हुए पोस्टर प्रस्तुत किये और मध्य विद्यालय ने तिरंगा पाक कला और रंगोली का प्रदर्शन किया।
