ऋषिकेश। विधानसभा अध्यक्ष प्रेम चंद अग्रवाल ने आज ऋषिकेश शहर के अंदर बने ट्रेचिंग ग्राउंड में पहुंचकर मुख्य नगर आयुक्त एवं अनेक पार्षदों एवं पार्टी के कार्यकर्ताओं के साथ ट्रेचिंग ग्राउंड से कूड़ा निस्तारण के लिए दूरभाष पर शहरी विकास मंत्री मदन कौशिक, शहरी विकास सचिव शैलेश बगोली एवं मेला अधिकारी दीपक रावत से बातचीत कर इस समस्या के शीघ्र समाधान के लिए कहा।
इस अवसर पर श्री अग्रवाल ने कहा है कि शहर के अंदर से ट्रेचिंग ग्राउंड से कूड़ा निस्तारण के लिए वह लंबे समय से प्रयासरत है उन्होंने कहा है कि शासन स्तर पर ट्रेचिंग ग्राउंड से कूड़ा निस्तारण के लिए प्रस्ताव भेजा गया है उन्होंने शहरी विकास सचिव शैलेश बगोली एवं मेला अधिकारी दीपक रावत को निर्देशित करते हुए कहा है कि कुंभ से पहले इस कार्य का निस्तारण किया जाना चाहिए। श्री अग्रवाल ने कहा है कि ट्रेचिंग ग्राउंड से उठने वाली दुर्गंध स्थानीय व्यवसायियों एवं निवास करने वाले लोगों के लिए परेशानी का सबब बन रही है। श्री अग्रवाल ने नगर निगम के मुख्य नगर आयुक्त. नरेंद्र सिंह क्विरियाल को निर्देशित करते हुए कहा है कि इसका शीघ्र समाधान किया जाए। श्री अग्रवाल ने कहा है कि एनजीटी के नियमों के अनुसार भी कूड़ा निस्तारण इस स्थान से अत्यंत आवश्यक है। स्थानीय प्रशासन, कुंभ मेला प्रशासन एवं शासन स्तर पर इस कार्य को शीघ्र गति दी जाय ताकि ट्रेचिंग ग्राउंड से कूड़ा निस्तारण का कार्य प्रारंभ किया जा सके। इस अवसर पर भारतीय जनता पार्टी के मंडल अध्यक्ष दिनेश सती, पार्षद कमलेश जैन, अनीता प्रधान, शिव कुमार गौतम, प्रदीप कोहली, ऋषि कांत गुप्ता, विकास तेवतिया, रीना शर्मा, संजीव पाल, राजू नरसिंभा, कविता शाह, मंडल महामंत्री सुमित पवार, दुर्गेश कुमार आदि सहित अनेक लोग उपस्थित थे ।
