बाहर से आने वाले लोगों को जहां पर क्वारंटाइन किया जा रहा उसकी नियमित मोनिटरिंग की जाए
-कोरोना के प्रभावी नियंत्रण के लिए सीएम ने ली अधिकारियों की बैठक
देहरादून। मुख्यमंत्री त्रिवेन्द्र सिंह रावत ने शनिवार को सचिवालय में कोविड-19 के प्रभावी नियंत्रण के लिए अधिकारियों की बैठक ली। मुख्यमंत्री ने अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिये कि बाहरी राज्यों से उत्तराखण्डवासी काफी संख्या में आ रहे हैं, ये जिन जनपदों में आ रहे हैं, वहां पर थर्मल स्क्रीनिंग की व्यवस्था की जाए ताकि उत्तराखण्ड के बोर्डर ऐरिया पर स्क्रीनिंग का लोड कुछ कम हो सके। बाहर से आने वाले लोगों को जहां पर क्वारंटाइन किया जा रहा है, उसकी नियमित मोनिटरिंग की जाए। इसके लिए कर्मिकों की तैनाती की जाए।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि कोरोना पर नियंत्रण के लिए सोशल डिस्टेंसिंग एवं मास्क की अनिवार्यता का कड़ाई से पालन करवाया जाए। यह सुनिश्चित किया जाए कि लोगों के पास मास्क की उपलब्धता हो। मास्क का इस्तेमाल न करने वालों एवं सार्वजनिक स्थानों पर थूकने वालों पर जुर्माने की कारवाई की जाए। बाहरी राज्यों के जो श्रमिक उत्तराखण्ड में हैं, अगर वो अपने राज्यों में वापस जाना चाहतें हैं, तो सम्बन्धित राज्यों से जो वाहन आ रहे हैं, उन्हें उन वाहनों में भेजन की व्यवस्था की जाए।
मुख्यमंत्री श्री त्रिवेन्द्र ने अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिये कि बाहरी राज्यों से जितने भी लोग आ रहे उनका पूरा डाटा रखा जाए कि ये कहां पर क्वारंटाइन किये गये हैं। यदि इनमें से कोई कोरोना पाॅजिटिव पाया जाता है तो अन्य लोगों को भी ट्रेस किया जा सके। इसके लिए पुलिस द्वारा संबंधित लोगों को अलर्ट के लिए एस.एम.एस भेजने की व्यवस्था भी की जाए। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि प्रदेश में कन्ट्रोल रूम एवं आईटी सेक्टर को और मजबूत करने की जरूरत है। उन्होंने कहा कि ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में जिन लोगों को क्वारंटीन किया जा रहा है, ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में ग्राम प्रधानों द्वारा अच्छा कार्य किया जा रहा है एवं पूरा सहयोग दिया जा रहा है। बैठक में मुख्य सचिव उत्पल कुमार सिंह, अपर मुख्य सचिव ओम प्रकाश, डीजीपी अनिल कुमार रतूड़ी, सचिव अमित नेगी, नितेश झा, शैलेष बगौली, आईजी संजय गुंज्याल, निदेशक एनएचएम युगल किशोर पंत एवं डीजी स्वास्थ्य अमिता उपे्रती उपस्थित थे।
