देहरादून। आप के दिल्ली कैबिनेट मंत्री और वरिष्ठ नेता गोपाल राय अपने हरिद्वार जिले के दौरे पर आज रानीपुर विधानसभा पहुुंचे जहां उन्होंने आज अलग अलग कार्यक्रमों में भाग लिया। उन्होंने आप कार्यकर्ताओं समेत कई लोगों से बातचीत करते हुए मीटिंग भी की। इसके बाद उन्होंने वहां मौजूद लोगों से नवपरिवर्तन संवाद भी किया। गोपाल राय ने नव परिवर्तन संवाद करते हुए कहा कि, उत्तराखंड के अंदर चुनावी बिगुल बज चुका है और रानीपुर विधानसभा के अंदर तीनों पार्टियों के उम्मीदवारों की घोषणा हो चुकी है। उन्होंने सभी प्रदेशवासियों को गणतंत्र दिवस की बधाई देते हुए सभी पदाधिकारियों का धन्यवाद किया। उन्होंने कहा कि बीते 21 सालों से रानीपुर विधानसभा में लोग कभी कांग्रेस पार्टी को वोट देते आए तो कभी बीजेपी को क्योंकि जनता के पास कोई विकल्प नहीं था। पहले सिर्फ बी और सी की लड़ाई थी। यहां के लोग 21 सालों से एक ही तलाश में थे कि ए आखिर कब उत्तराखंड में आएगा, उन्होंने कहा कि ए के बिना लड़ाई अधूरी थी। अब उत्तराखंड में ए पार्टी सक्रिय हो चुकी है।
यहां कई पार्टियों ने प्रयास किए लेकिन पहाड़ से लेकर मैदान तक कभी कोई बडा विकल्प पैदा नहीं हो पाया। पहली बार उत्तराखंड में ए बी और सी की लड़ाई हो रही है और अब की बार ए राजनीतिक कचड़े को साफ करने आई है। 10 साल कांग्रेस सत्ता में रही और 11 साल बीजेपी सत्ता में रही लेकिन उत्तराखंड के लोगों को आखिर 21 सालों में मिला क्या। उन्होंने कहा कि यहां रिकॉर्ड बने सिर्फ मुख्यमंत्री बदलने के। बीजेपी कह रही है 5 साल बेमिसाल अगर बेमिसाल थे तो आखिरकार उन्होंने मुख्यमंत्रियों को क्यों बदला गया। उन्होंने कहा कि खुद बीजेपी के नेताओं को इस बात का पता नहीं था कि उनके मुख्यमंत्री इतने बेमिसाल थे नहीं तो मुख्यमंत्रियों को बदला नहीं जाता। त्रिवेंद्र सिंह रावत के नाम पर अगर बीजेपी चुनाव लड़ती तो जमानत जब्त हो जाती पूरे प्रदेश में, क्योंकि उनके काम बेमिसाल नहीं थे और 3 मुख्यमंत्री उत्तराखंड को बीजेपी ने दिए।
गोपाल राय ने मुख्यमंत्री धामी पर निशाना साधते हुए कहा कि मुख्यमंत्री बनते ही उन्होंने 20 हजार युवाओं को रोजगार देने का वादा किया था ,लेकिन एक भी युवा को रोजगार नहीं दे पाए। बीजेपी को अब आम आदमी पार्टी से डर सताने लगा है उनके नेता कहते नजर आते हैं कि ,आप पार्टी से पूरे देश को खतरा है, लेकिन उत्तराखंड बीजेपी कांग्रेस दोनों के लिए खतरे की घंटी बज चुकी है। आज उत्तराखंड में लोगों को अब 21 सालों बाद विकल्प मिल चुका है उत्तराखंड के लोगों के आगे कोई मजबूरी नहीं है। उन्होंने इस बात पर जोर देते हुए कहा कि कांग्रेस और बीजेपी उत्तराखंड के लोगों के लिए मजबूरी है लेकिन आम आदमी पार्टी उत्तराखंड के लिए जरूरी है। उन्होंने कहा कि दिल्ली में भी दो ही पार्टियों का पहले वर्चस्व था कांग्रेस और बीजेपी। दिल्ली की जनता भी परेशान हो होकर दोनों को बारी-बारी से चुनाव जिताती थी लेकिन दिल्ली की जनता ने जब झाड़ू उठा कर गंदगी साफ की तो दिल्ली की तस्वीर बदल गई। उन्होंने आगे कहा कि देश के लोगों की मजबूरी अब प्राइवेट स्कूल बन चुके हैं । हर मां बाप अपने बच्चे को सरकारी स्कूल से हटाकर प्राइवेट स्कूलों में पढ़ाना चाहते हैं ,क्योंकि सरकारी स्कूलों पर ताले लटक रहे हैं। उन्होंने आगे कहा कि आम आदमी पार्टी की सरकार बनने पर दिल्ली के लोग प्राइवेट स्कूलों से नाम कटवा कर अपने बच्चों को सरकारी स्कूलों में एडमिशन करवा रहे हैं ,जबकि पूरे देश में दिल्ली को छोड़कर लोग सरकारी स्कूलों को छोड़ते हुए प्राइवेट स्कूलों की तरफ जा रहे हैं।
