STF एवं साइबर क्राईम पुलिस स्टेशन उत्तराखण्ड की दिल्ली एन0सी0आर0 में धरपकड़ Fxmart.com की फर्जी साइट तैयार कर आँनलाईन निवेश करने के नाम पर धोखाधडी करने वाले गिरोह के मुख्य सरगना विदेशी मूल के नाईजीरियन अभियुक्त की गिरफ्तारी
देहरारदून। वर्तमान में साइबर अपराधी आम जनता की गाढ़ी कमाई हड़पने हेतु अपराध के नये-नये तरीके अपनाकर धोखाधड़ी कर रहे है । इसी परिपेक्ष्य में ठगों द्वारा विभिन्न आँनलाईन ट्रेडिग कम्पनियों की फर्जी साइट तैयार कर आम जनता से ई-मेल व दूरभाष के माध्यम से सम्पर्क कर आँनलाईन ट्रेडिग में धनराशि लगाने व दुगना लाभ कमाने का लालच देकर करोडों रुपये की धोखाधडी की जा रही है ।
इसी क्रम में एक प्रकरण साइबर क्राईम पुलिस स्टेशन को प्राप्त हुआ जिसमें शिकायतकर्ता अभिनव पंवार पुत्र बचन सिह पंवार निवासी शेरगढी रावत मौहल्ला मसूरी देहरादून के साथ अज्ञात अभियुक्तो द्वारा आंनलाईन ट्रैडिग कम्पनी FOREXTIME.COM की फर्जी साइट FXMARTKET.COM बनाकर शिकायतकर्ता से फोन एंव ई-मेल के माध्यम से सम्पर्क कर FXMARTKET.COM में धनराशि इन्वेस्ट करने व दुगना लाभ कमाने का लालच देकर शिकायतकर्ता से 60,00,000/- रुपये धनराशि आँनलाईन ट्रेडिग मे लगाना व उक्त धनराशि को Bitcoin मे लगाकर शिकायतकर्ता के साथ धोखाधडी कर धनराशि को विभिन्न बैक खातो में प्राप्त कर एटीएम के माध्यम से आहरित करने सम्बन्धी शिकायत के आधार पर साइबर क्राईम पुलिस स्टेशन देहरादून पर मु0अ0सं0 20/21 धारा 420, भादवि व 66 (सी) ,66(डी) आईटी एक्ट का अभियोग पंजीकृत किया गया तथा विवेचना साइबर थाने के निरीक्षक श्री पंकज पोखरियाल के सुपूर्द कर विवेचक के नेतृत्व में टीम का गठन किया गया।
अभियोग में अभियुक्तों के विरुद्ध कार्यवाही हेतु घटना में प्रयुक्त मोबाईल नम्बर, तथा अभियुक्तो द्वारा शिकायतकर्ता से प्राप्त धनराशि की जानकारी प्राप्त की गयी तो प्रकाश में आया कि अभियुक्तो द्वारा वादी मुकदमा से प्राप्त धनराशि में 60% धनराशि Bitcoin के माध्यम से नाइजीरियन देश भेज दी गयी तथा शेष 40% धनराशि SBI & INDIAN BANK उडीसा की बैंक शाखाओं में प्राप्त कर उक्त धनराशि का आहरण एटीएम मशीनो के माध्यम से दिल्ली एनसीआर आदि स्थानो से किया गया । अभियुक्तो द्वारा घटना को कारित करने के लिये फर्जी आईडी कार्ड के आधार पर मोबाईल नम्बर का प्रयोग कर अपराध कारित किया गया ।
पुलिस टीम द्वारा अथक मेहनत एवं प्रयास से अभियुक्तो द्वारा वादी मुकदमा से धोखाधडी से प्राप्त की गयी धनराशि दिल्ली एनसीआर के जिन एटीएम मशीनो से निकाली गयी थी उन एटीएम मशीनो की जानकारी प्राप्त कर उनकी सीसीटीवी फुटेज प्राप्त की गयी तो विभिन्न मशीनो से प्राप्त सीसीटीवी फुटेज में एक नाइजीरियन व्यक्ति धनराशि निकालता पाया गया । सीसीटीवी फुटेज के आधार पर दिल्ली एनसीआर आदि स्थानो पर नाइजीरियन व्यक्ति की तलाश शुरु की गयी व गिरोह के 01 मुख्य सदस्य(सरगना) Ernest Michal Ohenhen S/O Ohenhen R/O H.No 18 Ighilee Street Behin City Edostate Nigeria को नई दिल्ली से गिरफ्तार किया गया ।
अभियुक्त से पूछताछ पर महत्वपूर्ण जानकारिया प्राप्त हुयी कि अभियुक्त द्वारा अपने सहअभियुक्त के साथ आंनलाईन ट्रैडिग कम्पनी FOREXTIME.COM की फर्जी साइट FXMARTKET.COM बनाकर शिकायतकर्ता से फोन एंव ई-मेल के माध्यम से सम्पर्क कर FXMARTKET.COM में धनराशि इन्वेस्ट करने व दुगना लाभ कमाने का लालच देकर धनराशि प्राप्त की जाती है , तथा उक्त धनराशि के कुछ भाग को BitCoin के माध्यम से नाईजीरिया में बैठै अपने सहअभियुक्त को भेज दी जाती है तथा धनराशि का कुछ भाग भारतीय खातो में प्राप्त कर उसे एटीएम मशीनो के माध्यम से निकाला जाता है । घटना को कारित करने हेतु अभियुक्तगण देश के दूरस्थ स्थानो जैसे उडीसा आदि राज्यो के व्यक्तियों के बैक खातो को अपराध कारित करने में प्रयोग करते हुये उक्त धनराशि को देश के अन्य स्थानो से एटीएम मशीनो के माध्यम से आहरित कर अपराध कारित करते है । उपरोक्त अभियुक्तो द्वारा उत्तराखण्ड राज्य के अतिरिक्त भारत के अन्य प्रान्तो की आम जनता से भी ठगी किये जाने की जानकारी प्राप्त हुयी है । अभियुक्त की गिरफ्तारी के दौरान चौकाने वाला तथ्य यह भी प्रकाश मे आया कि अभियुक्त बिना वीजा व पासपोर्ट के दिल्ली के विभिन्न स्थानो पर छुपकर रह रहा था जिस पर अभियुक्त के विरुद्व 14 विदेशी अधिनियम के अधीन भी कार्यवाही की जा रही है , जिसकी सूचना नाईजीरियना दूतावास को दी जा रही है ।
अपराध का तरीकाः-
अभियुक्तगण द्वारा विभिन्न आंनलाईन ट्रैडिग कम्पनी जैसे FOREXTIME.COM की फर्जी साइट FXMARTKET.COM बनाकर शिकायतकर्ता से फोन एंव ई-मेल के माध्यम से सम्पर्क कर FXMARTKET.COM में धनराशि इन्वेस्ट करने व दुगना लाभ कमाने का लालच देकर धनराशि प्राप्त की जाती है , तथा उक्त धनराशि के कुछ भाग को BitCoin के माध्यम से नाईजीरिया में बैठै अपने सहअभियुक्त को भेज दी जाती है तथा धनराशि का कुछ भाग भारतीय खातो में प्राप्त कर उसे एटीएम मशीनो के माध्यम से निकाल कर घटना को अंजाम दिया गया ।
