पीडब्ल्यूडी टेंडर घोटाले में पहले विजिलेंस जांच की सिफारिश, अब क्लीनचिट देने की तैयारीः मोर्चा
विकासनगर। जन संघर्ष मोर्चा के जिला मीडिया प्रभारी प्रवीण शर्मा पिन्नी ने कहा कि वर्ष 2017 में निर्माण खंड, लोनिवि, देहरादून के अधिशासी अभियंता श्री राजवंशी (वर्तमान में सेवानिवृत्त) ने विकासनगर विधानसभा क्षेत्र के अंतर्गत 8 कार्यों (जॉब्स) हेतु ठेकेदारों, समाचार पत्रों व अधिकारियों से सांठगांठ कर लगभग सवा दो करोड रुपए के टेंडर प्रकाशन का ढोंग कर यानि समाचार पत्र खरीद कर अपने चेहते ठेकेदारों को मात्र 0.06 फीसदी कम दर पर टेंडर आवंटित कर दिए थे। उक्त अनियमितताध् घोटाले की जांच की मांग को लेकर मोर्चा अध्यक्ष श्री रघुनाथ सिंह नेगी द्वारा मुख्य सचिव से कार्रवाई की मांग की गई थी। उक्त घोटाले की जांच की मांग को लेकर मोर्चा के प्रवीण शर्मा पिन्नी द्वारा मा. सूचना आयोग का दरवाजा भी खटखटाया गया था, जिसके क्रम में मा. मुख्य सूचना आयुक्त श्री शत्रुघ्न सिंह ने मुख्य सचिव से पूरे प्रकरण की जांच कराने को लेकर निर्देश दिए थे। शर्मा ने कहा कि उक्त मामले में अपर मुख्य सचिव, लोनिवि ने दिनांक 15ध्04ध्19 को तत्कालीन अधिशासी अभियंता श्री राजवंशी को आरोप पत्र जारी किए किया था तथा उसके पश्चात मामले की गंभीरता को देखते हुए अपर मुख्य सचिव, लोनिवि ने 16ध्09ध्19 को श्री राजवंशी के खिलाफ एफ.आई.आर. दर्ज कराने के निर्देश एचओडी को दिए थे। शर्मा ने कहा कि उक्त के पश्चात सचिव, लोनिवि ने मामले की गंभीरता को देखते हुए अपर मुख्य सचिव, सतर्कता से विजिलेंस जांच कराने हेतु 17 जून 2020 को पत्र प्रेषित कर आग्रह किया द्य अपर मुख्य सचिव,सतर्कता द्वारा मामले में पुनः प्रस्ताव उपलब्ध कराने के लिए कहा गया है। शासन के निर्देश के क्रम में विभागाध्यक्ष, लोनिवि ने भ्रष्ट अधिकारी को बचाने के लिए खेल खेलना शुरू किया है। मोर्चा लगभग 3 वर्ष से उक्त घोटाले में शामिल सभी दोषियों के खिलाफ कार्रवाई को लेकर रात-दिन एक किए हुए मोर्चा इस षड्यंत्र में शामिल सभी षड्यंत्र षड्यंत्रकारिर्यों को बिल्कुल नहीं बख्शेगा।
